About the neighborhood

Quiet subdivisions and acreage just south of High Point

Archdale and Trinity sit on the Guilford line just south of High Point, which gives commuters to High Point, Greensboro and Winston-Salem a lower county tax rate and bigger lots without a long drive. Archdale is the more developed of the two, with retail along US-311 and I-74; Trinity is spread out, with acreage, farms and newer subdivisions along NC-62.

Prices are among the most affordable in the Triad for the quality of home, and Wheatmore High School has become the area's draw for families. Expect a mix of 1980s–2000s neighborhoods, manufactured and site-built homes on land, and a growing number of new builds.
